"I called to our local State Farm located in Winnsboro. The representative that answered the call was very professional and knowledgeable. After we talked, she informed me that I needed to contact the claim department. She made the process easy and provided with a number and a text to my phone. My husband and I have been with State Farm for several years but never received service like what was provided to us yesterday. We had concerns about our current policies and asked her to check the policies for us. She said she would call back today and she did. She followed through to make sure we were satisfied with some changes we requested. This young lady needs to be recognized for the service she provided to us for both days. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! She is an asset to State Farm. Because of her service, we will be able to continue with State Farm. Currently, we have house insurance, life insurance and car insurance. Thank you for acknowledging her for the service we were rendered."
